CEREC (Same Day Crown)

Our patients get crowns on one single visit owing to CAD/CAM technology. We make a digital impression by scanning with CEREC. Then we design on the chair-side computer and produce at our office. Laser (No Drill Dentistry)

Our laser, iPlus, enables us to place fillings without Novocain or drilling if cavity is not advanced. It also has excellent soft tissue applications. We treat gum disease with laser to reduce bacteria level inside gum pocket. It is useful to make a tooth longer for biologically more compatible crown. Laser replaces scalpel not only cutting but also coagulating tissue to stop bleeding and enhance healing. It also helps to shorten the duration of canker sore. 3D Guided Implant Surgery

Using Cone Beam Computerized Tomography (CBCT) by Sirona, we now position dental implants more accurately and safely. We can analyze the amount of bone to support implant in three dimensional way. This 3D radiographs provides information of width, height and depth in each sectional view. We preplan where the best sites for implant and how to avoid surrounding anatomical structures such as nerve canals or sinus. In addition to the benefit of CT, the Cone Beam technology reduces radiation amount substantially less than other medical CT.

Once the CBCT image is acquired, we combine it with our CEREC technology. We make a crown on the computer in conjunction with the CT prior to surgery. We can adjust both crown and implant position to accommodate each other better way in the given jaw structure and opposing teeth. We are very pleased with the result of 3D dentistry from the case selection to the final restorations.
